Our reports can be transmitted in the widely utilized Adobe Acrobat PDF format. This is a cost effective alternative for our clients who don’t use the software for our appraisal packages. All appraisal work can include digital photographs, location maps, sketches, and addenda.

Each complete report contains the specific information requested by our client and is capable of being electronically transmitted over our Broad Band Internet connection lines from our office to the client. Within minutes, our clients can have a complete appraisal report on which to base their lending decisions.

	Desktop Underwriter - Form 2075 - (48 to 72 hours) - Exterior Inspection, Front and Street Photos.
	Field Review - Form 2000 - (48 to 72 hours) - Photos of Subject & Comparables New Comparable grid and photos if required.

	URAR - Form 1004 & 1073 - (3 to 5 Business Days from Date of Inspection) - Single Family/Condo, Interior and Exterior Inspection, Subject and Comparable Photos, Map & Sketch.
	Freddie Mac - Form 704 - (48 to 72 hours) - Drive by Property, Evaluation and Inspection Using Direct Sales Comparison Approach, Front and Street Photo.
	Fannie Mae - Form 1025 (Small Residences) - (3 to 5 Business Days from Date of Inspection) - 2 to 4 Family, Interior and Exterior Subject and Comparable Photos Map & Sketch.
